Moto 360 , GoodBye Titan

Smart bands and Smart watches have been wandering here and there in the market for some years but at last as usual Google Doctors are those who have brought them into the limelight. When google introduced Google Wear,an OS optimized for ultra-Portable and mostly wearable devices Moto 360 just was one among the newcomers, but what made it stand out of the crowd was it's round display,a concept no other manufacturer was ready by then who Instead opted out for thicker, solid Ones.

Now Moto 360 is available in the market for around 250$ and is about to continue its wave in India. Its listed in flipkart as coming soon and we except it to run on sale within weeks of time and we predict it to be priced somewhere around 15k.

So What Makes Moto 360 So Special:

The first point to start with is obviously its round display that it sports, which gives the watch a kickstart against it's competitors. It seem to add charm to your hands rather than just being one freakin techno gadget wrapped around your wrist.

It is powered by a OMAP 3 Processor coupled with a mere 512Mb Ram but we still hope that would be quite enough to satisfy your day to day needs as a watch. It has 4 gb internals for you apps and yes with the likes of Android Wear, the ring master who runs the show here is GOOGLE NOW.You just say ok google, and the virtual assistant does things for you from sending a text to navigating a best path for you to return home.

The watch is Ip67 certified and so could very well be used around your pool. The watch has bluetooth 4 le connectivity with the help of which it couples with your phone to showcase all the magic it does have.

It has a couple of sensors on board, the healthy ones being pedometer and a dedicated heart rate monitor. The watch  turns into a health band with just a flick of your wrist.

Atlast a 300mah battery powers the 360 which the company claims is capable of holding your watch's heartbeat for a day.

Yes,these things sound damn Cool on paper. But are people  ready to take a smartphone's companion for 15000 bucks and will all these features be a use-everyday type,Only time will tell that.If you wish to be one of those guys who makes that statement head on straight to flipkart once the product is thrown up on sale, else just stay within the techno crowd reading the cons of the product and cheering yourself for not spending your Bucks on Bugs.
